hi! my roommate (Eimaan) and I are looking for a third roommate to live with us in a house in midtown! we've been able to secure the house and just need someone to fill in the third room.

House details:
- house is a spacious 3b2b
- 10 min drive/20 min bike to stanford campus
- roommates would be two fun and responsible Stanford researchers in their early 20s
- rent varies by room but current tenants pay 1,400 to 1,600 per month
- move-in would be early to mid-July
- house amenities include in-unit laundry, garage and street parking, a large kitchen, and a beautiful backyard!
- looking to sign a 1-year lease

Alex: I’m a technician in a biology lab at Stanford, and a huge nerd who loves to spend time outdoors! When I’m not on a hike, you might find me playing guitar at band practice, playing DnD, trying out a local bar, or watching cartoons on the couch.

Eimaan: I’m a recent grad and moved here from Boston. I love hanging out with friends and going out for brunch. Always down to go to the gym with you lol.
