Hi, I’m a Stanford fellow physician and live with my partner and our cat in a new townhouse (2 bed, 2.5 bath) in Mountain View. We are both women and work in healthcare. The second bedroom is up for rent starting September 3rd, preferably long-term stay 6-12 months.

- Dimensions: Room is ~9ft 8in x 12ft and has its own closet, bathroom with tub/shower (not included in the dimensions calculation).
- Room is furnished with twin XL bed, desk, nightstand. - Located on 3rd floor, along with master bedroom, laundry machine and dryer. Pictures on request.
- Guest outdoor parking spots, plenty of street parking. Outdoor bike rack.
- Close to Mountain View CalTrain, Costco, Safeway, Starbucks, Trader Joes, Target, etc.
- No smoking.
- No shoes indoors.
Driving distance to the hospitals: - 6 miles from Stanford, 15 min drive - 4 miles from VA Palo Alto, 10 min drive - 14 miles from VMC, 20 min drive
Rent is $1850/month. Internet and all utilities (electricity, trash, water, etc) are included. The common spaces of the townhouse are furnished. We are quiet and frequently clean the townhouse.
