I am Zhuoran and I will be coming to Stanford as an undergraduate visiting researcher this summer. I am sincerely looking for housing, and I prefer on-campus housing if it is possible. I will be at Stanford from July 3rd. My budget is about 10-2000$ and can be discussed.
I am a 22-year-old male undergraduate from the National University of Singapore. I don't have any unhealthy or unsafe hobbies, and I won't bring any animals. I will keep the room clean and tidy for sure and will not make any noise. I am also a very helpful and friendly person.
I am hoping to do a Zoom meeting/Facetime to have a look at the room (visual room tour). I am available anytime these two weeks (weekends are also fine). And I am very ready to pay the deposit and the first month's rent once we finish the visual room tour.
