We are looking to fill a detached 1-bedroom in front of our spacious los altos hills home, available starting August 1. We are looking for a renter to sign a lease which renews in June 2024. The unit has a full kitchen and bathroom, onsite parking, and incredible views. Washer and dryer are in the main house and can be used at any time. The unit will come unfurnished.
In the main house we are a group of 5 Stanford MDs and PhDs. Renters of the front unit are welcome to socialize and use common spaces in the main house if wanted but not required. The house is 5 miles from Stanford's campus located in a beautiful community with tons of nearby hiking and a horse pasture. We are just 5 minutes drive from the 280 and Tesla headquarters, but tucked up in the hills, walking distance from foothills preserve. We have a pool we make heavy use of during the warmer months. We are all busy but sociable and occasionally watch movies, have pizza nights, and have other events by the pool or up on our terrace.
The house is a great deal for a young professional or couple who wants easy access to the beautiful nature out here without sacrificing quick access to the peninsula for work etc. Pets are welcome in the unit.
