I have been a Stanford employee since Feb 2021 and have lived at Stone Creek Apartments in Redwood City for the past two years. My current roommate has decided to move out before our lease is up on 7/23/2023, so I am urgently seeking a new roommate to take her place.
Stone Creek Apartments are a recently renovated complex with new kitchens, flooring, carpet, and include washer and dryer. My commute to campus is only 15 minutes on average, and there are several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. I live on the third story in a corner unit, which is the closet spot to the door and only shares one wall with neighbors. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and includes a walk-in closet and private bathroom.
I am looking to renew the lease for month-to-month which is $3,398 total and plan on staying here for at least 9-12 months. Because the master bedroom is twice as big as the other room, the rent would be slightly offset to $1800 rather than 50/50 if you were to move in.
About me: I am an easy going 29 year old male and I have a passion for anything outdoors, especially skiing, mountain biking, photography, and backpacking. I work full time as a clinical research coordinator in lymphoma oncology at the Stanford CCTO. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and am respectful of my roommate's space and privacy. I am looking for either a male or female roommate who shares the same qualities and am inclusive of any special needs, personal ideals, and extenuating circumstances.
