Looking for a group to read and discuss interesting, nonfiction books covering...
climate
biology/chemistry
econ
cs/math
biographies?
anything else

We could maybe get through 1-2 books a month and meet for an hour weekly/twice a month somewhere on Stanford campus or close by to discuss.
Given the breadth of expertise here, might even be able to get an expert on the current book/topic to attend and add more depth.
I'm just looking to learn a bit :) shoot me a msg if you're interested!

Also I have a strong bias for books available in PDF format online.
