Hi, I'm a third year grad student who enrolls in 3-10 units each quarter and works in Palo Alto. Looking for something for ideally Sep through Mar. Sep through May, or Sep through Jan can also work. A 1-yr lease is ok depending on the situation as well.
I'm currently living in SF, but thinking I'll want to spend a couple quarters living closer to campus.
I'd like to be able to ride my bike onto campus, there's some flexibility in the budget, in-unit W/D, dedicated car parking, and looking for ideally a 1-bed 1-bath. Studio or 2-bed is ok as well depending on the rental rate.
