We're a friendly group of three friends, all recent Stanford graduates, and we're on the hunt for one more individual to join us in our new home for the upcoming year!
The Place: Our future home is ideally situated around campus or by the South Bay since our jobs are based around there. We are still currently narrowing down our list of options and focusing on finding a 4 bedroom apartment/house that suits all our needs. We want to ensure it's a comfortable and convenient space for everyone.
The Budget: We've set our budget in the range of $1000-$1300 per month, not including utilities and other shared expenses.
Public Transportation: We're prioritizing a place that's well-connected to bus stops and train stations.
Looking for: We're hoping to find a like-minded roommate who is friendly, considerate, and a team player. Someone who values a clean and tidy living space and can contribute positively to our home's atmosphere.
Move-In Date: The plan is to move in on late August/early September. We'd love to meet up with potential roommates before then to get to know each other better and ensure it's a great fit for everyone.
