The Department of Psychology is looking for a part-time Stanford Work Study Student to assist with administrative duties 2-4 hours per week. Hourly rate starts at $17.25 per hour to $18.75 per hour. This is a great opportunity for an undergrad student pursuing any area of major to get first-hand office environment experience. Hours will be flexible between 8AM – 4PM. Must be work study eligible, detail oriented, and communicable.
Core Duties:
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Provide routine administrative and operational support
• Creating, scanning, filling, copying, and organization of files and filing systems
• Setup office spaces and/or support coordination of basic office moves
• Assisting various faculty and staff with projects that may arise
• Running office errands
• Data entry
• Various administrative tasks
