Rent - $1670
Earliest possible move in date - 13th of August
Roomate preference - Female/couple
Car park - apartment has one car park, the other one is 100$ per month. I dont have a car rn, so if you want to use it - go for it!
Utilities - I was told the est. utility is $150 - $200 per apartment. So do budget $75 - $100 on top of the rent
Amenities -
- Valet trash
- In house wash and dry unit
- Less than 5 mins from cal train station
- Less than 2 minutes from Walmart and Tjs
- A LOT of restaurants around
- Bus to Stanford, Tesla and places around are less than 2 minutes away
So some helpful info -
- There are two rooms - I’ll live with my partner in one room and the other one is for rent
- We’re both ex Stanford EE working on startups, pretty clean people
- The apartment is unfurnished, but we’re getting furnitures for us anyways - happy to keep you in the loop and find stuff together if that helps reduce the effort
- Looking for someone who can lease the place for 12 months ish - less than that means I would have to find someone else to take their place again :/
- I do cook once in a while, which could include meat. Incase you’re a vegetarian - my partner is too, I’ll make sure you have no idea it happened :D
- I dont live in the house at the moment, I do have videos and pictures of the place. Incase you want check out in person - we can get you an appointment with the front desk to view a similar place
