Hi, I am a male postdoc at stanford and looking for a studio or roommate around Menlo Park & Palo Alto. I wish to be there from September and wish to have an apporx 1 yr lease (until July/August of 2024).

Single studio or larger houses with roommates are all ok; I just wish to have a private bedroom & bathroom in there.

My budget is up to $2000, but can be negotiate by the condition.

I do not smoke, no pet, no drink.
