You need to be a Stanford University student (not undergrad) for this.
The apartment is located in Escondido village (Studio 6) and it is a Stanford University provided housing. The unit is on ground floor and has a large private bathroom.
There will be a deposit of $200.
Comes with university provided Wifi. Washer + Dryer just outside the building (requiring Stanford ID access). Printer (CardinalPrint) available in computer room. Parking can be purchased through Stanford (only $35/month).
I also provide an extra chair, and an extra memory-foam matress (makes it more comfortable) on top of University provided mattress. Can provide dishes and other kitchen appliances if you need. I will give you keys in person, if you arrive on Sept 10th. Otherwise, we can decide how to arrange this.
