Looking for an August move-in.
You would get:
A private master bedroom and private bathroom in a 3b/2b in the only residential highrise in downtown Palo Alto across the street from Stanford campus. In-room and exterior closet storage with window views overlooking downtown and Stanford campus. The kitchen is relatively unused but shared with Stanford graduate student.
Access to:
- high-speed internet
- washer and dryer
- assigned parking
- heated pool
- well-equipped gym
- meeting rooms
- 24-hour security
Shared living rooms are furnished. Private furnishings are present but can be exchanged. Long-term tenants may additionally discuss ownership and choices of furnishings. All utilities except electricity and internet are covered.
