I am a new hire at Stanford in the Athletics Department. I am seeking affordable accommodation for my family of 3 (2-year-old child) within a 45-minute cycle/public transport commute to campus. Our maximum budget is $2,500 - for a 2-bedroom apartment/house. We are ideally looking for housing with a small yard or terrace, with accessibility to public transport. We are also willing to move into a 1-bedroom apartment if a 6-month lease is available.
