I am a Stanford staff moving to the area from the East Coast and am looking for housing remotely. I am searching for a studio or a 1 bed/1 bath close to campus for late September/ early October. In-law units or cottages will do so long as they have a relatively full kitchen. My budget is ideally below $2,000.
I am also open to roommating with a Stanford affiliate.
A little bit about me:
Female, 36, working professional at Global Studies division
I am clean, quiet, work from the office 4 days/week and work from home on Fridays.
I like to cook, bake, and do art projects on weekends, including creative writing, and enjoy socializing with friends mostly outdoors.
My work starts early in the morning, so prefer a quiet place to go to sleep early on weekdays.
I do not own pets, but do have a car.
My partner from the East Coast or family from Southern California may occasionally visit me.
