I'm a graduate student searching for housing for my wife and I for the next two quarters, until mid-March 2024. We're also open to a longer lease extending until August 2024 if the space is a good fit for us. We prefer 1-bedroom units but are also considering larger studios close to the Stanford campus.

We're aiming for a move-in date between September 18th and 25th, but we have some flexibility. We also need the place to be pet-friendly for our well-behaved cats.

As tenants, we're respectful and conscientious. We're quiet, don't host parties, take good care of our living spaces, and respect shared areas.
