I am in search of housing as I prepare to start my post-doctoral studies at Stanford University. My anticipated duration of stay will be a minimum of one year, ideally commencing from late November or early December. I have allocated a budget of approximately $1,500 for a shared room or up to $2,000 for a studio, inclusive of all necessary amenity fees.

I'm clean and easygoing. I occasionally enjoy cooking so I want some kitchen area (I will maintain the area in a good condition.)
I will also require a safe parking space as I will have a car. Additionally, I want to access to laundry and Wi-Fi is essential for my daily needs.

Above all, safety is my top priority, and I hope to find a living space that offers a high level of security. Ideally, the accommodation should be located within a 5-mile radius of the Stanford campus for convenience.
