Hi all, I am looking for someone to sublease my place in SF while I am out of the country, starting near the middle/end of October until January(I am very flexible with dates). I am open to negotiating the rent as well.
The apartment is in a complex with security, pool, gym, hot tub, and other amenities. ~12 min walk to BART, lots of bus lines within 5 min walking distance, coffee shop and indie cinema downstairs. Fully furnished but you can bring your stuff if you like.
