We are looking for a new female tenant for the upstairs private bedroom w/ shared bathroom in our two-story, 1750 sq ft, 3BR house in Menlo Park! New tenant to sign a 6-month lease (Nov 1 2023 - May 1, 2021) with option to renew.

-- near Safeway and Dutch Goose, less than 10-min drive to downtown Menlo Park Trader Joes
-- residential area, free street parking for up to 3 cars in front
-- open plan kitchen/dining with island
-- kitchen equipment (pots, pans, cutting board, knives, cutlery), microwave already in house
-- separate front living room, garden in back
-- washer and dryer in house
-- landlord lives nearby, is super responsive

We like movie nights and keeping active with running, dancing, and other activities! We have a large friendly goldendoodle who is clean and well-behaved. We may also have our male partner(s) visit throughout the week. We are easygoing as roommates and would like to keep it a happy and peaceful house. No drug use and no smoking please!
