We're currently conducting a study focusing on non-invasively identifying markers of PCOS that can be measured continuously over time. Our aim is to unravel the underlying mechanisms of PCOS, paving the way for earlier interventions and management strategies.
Here is a brief overview of what participation entails:

1 Initial In-person Visit (Approximately 3 hours):
- Please come fasting for this visit.
- You'll complete informed consent documents and various questionnaires.
- We'll review your health to ensure you meet the study criteria.
- Procedures include a blood draw (blood will be drawn three times with a gap of one hour between each draw) as part of a glucose tolerance test.
- Expect questions about your health, drug and alcohol use, mood, anxiety, sleep habits, and the impact of COVID-19 on your life.

2 Study Day Requirements:
- Avoid caffeinated food/beverages and alcohol 10 hours before your visit.
- Individual research results will not be disclosed.

3 Remote Monitoring (1 Month Duration):
- Oura Ring: Wear a device to track sleep-wake patterns and behaviors.
- Daily diary: 7 min (sleep and behavior)
- Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM): Track glucose levels.
- Cronometer Study Application: Maintain a daily food log.
- Hormone Measures: Provide urine samples every second day.
