Hello! I’m full-time staff working in arts administration at Stanford, 31 years old, black cis male, and an alum. I’m seeking housing, whether with roommates or not, and can move in as soon as possible.

A few things are ideal:

> A residence close to Caltrain
> I can play and record music without causing disturbance to other tenants or neighbors. It helps a ton if the room doesn’t share a wall with another tenant’s room.

I love a friendly home atmosphere! Still, I spend most of my time outside the house. If the house has quiet hours, I would absolutely abide by those.
