I am an incoming post-doc at the School of Medicine, Stanford University and I will be staying along with my daughter (5yr old). I am looking for a shared room 1B/B or studio that is furnished with basic utilities. I am an open-minded professional and am responsible enough for keeping the house clean and organized. Ideal housing will be a safe environment with no drugs, no late-night parties, and no smoking.
Ideal location: a safe neighborhood close to Stanford University or preferably close to Marguerite Shuttle.
Ideal move-in date: start in January 2024
Utilities: Minimal basic kitchen utilities like microvan, stove, etc along with on-site washer, dryer, and internet required
