I want to find a room to live during spring quarter in 2024. On campus is preferred (eg. EVGR, oak creek, stanfordwest etc.). Off campus is also fine, as long as transportation to the campus is easy. (I don't have a car. But I have a bike.) I prefer low price (which means, sharing an apartment/sleeping in the living room is completely fine if the price is lower for that).
About myself: Male, 30 years old, Chinese, phd in math, current Stanford postdoc/faculty.
Both my wife and my children will move to China in early 2024. But I have some classes at Stanford in spring quarter, which is why I still have to stay here for 3-4 months after they move.
I'll mainly stay on campus during the day time. So simply a bed and quiet & safe environment for me to sleep at night is what I want. I will also be a quiet, kind of isolated person (which means, I'll have hardly any activities at home except sleeping).
