we're subletting our large, sunny master bedroom in our house in Palo Alto, just 5 minutes from California Avenue.
- available from November 20, 2023 until January 6, 2024 (dates flexible)
- rent will be $1,695/month + utilities (discounted from regular rent for the period)
- room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom + balcony
- house has fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a sunny porch and garden for BBQs, laundry and dryer in building
- we're 10 minutes from Stanford campus by bike, 5 minutes from Cal Ave, shopping options (Safeway, CVS) close by
- roommates are all at Stanford in their late 20s, early 30s (2 male/2 female)
We all enjoy to hang out and cook together from time to time, and would like to keep the spirit that way :)
