we have a free room in our house from January 1st on. It's a very big & modern room in a huge house (including a garden with apple- and pomegranate trees, a big party garage, large living room with a beamer, big kitchen etc.) The house has 2 bathrooms and is shared with 3 other Stanford students (amazing roommates). Rent is 1500$ a month including all utilities, and it's a 20min bike ride to university.
As good of a price/value as you can get! :)
