Lyman 2B1B (this sublease is for one room only) on the 1st floor, carpet flooring, has good natural light. The room comes with 24hrs heating included in the rent. Lyman is only a 5-minute bike ride to the quad, a 3-minute walk to the shuttle station, and particularly close to the science quad and the med school. It is very quiet with a lounge, a video game room, and a study/computer room in the public area. The apartment and my room are clean and furnished.
The available rental period would be December 12th to January 10th, but I am flexible if you only want a portion of that (the price would be the corresponding fraction). The apartment comes fully furnished, with clean cookware, sofas, a dining area, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a rice cooker. There is a Twin-XL bed, a standing desk, a task chair, and a 4k monitor in my room, which you can use. See photos for more details. I can also lend you my bike and/or my car for some extra amount of money. Your roommate would be a male Ph.D. student, who has a regular schedule and is very quiet.
Rent: $1500 for the full period (or a corresponding fraction if renting for a portion of that). Utilities are included. The laundry is just outside of the building and is free of charge.
