I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a sunny apartment in Lower Pac Heights, available from Dec 1, 2023, to Aug 31, 2024. Nestled just steps from Divisadero and Trader Joe's, and a 10-minute walk from the charming Fillmore area. It's a fantastic location for eating out, walking around, and getting anywhere you want in the city (multiple bus stops are 2 mins away), while still being peaceful in Pac Heights.
Your space will include a large bedroom with ample space for a Queen bed, a couch, and side tables, complemented by a small outdoor "backyard" accessible through the window. You will also have a great private bathroom all to yourself with nice tiling that is right next to the bedroom.
Enjoy a private patio in front of the house (pictured) perfect for morning meals or social gatherings. The kitchen has modern amenities and a gas stove, while the living room is adorned with skylights, bathing the space in afternoon light. The bedroom and upstairs living room has been furnished by roommates and I with couches, coffee tables, chairs, dining room table, record player, plants and more – and excitingly is still in design-phase if you would like to make the space your own.
