I am a 24-year-old male physics PhD student at MIT who will be visiting Stanford for a research position during the winter and spring quarters. I am looking for a move-in date in January and a move-out date around the end of May. I have a few weeks of flexibility on these dates, especially on move-out.
I am looking ideally for a < 25-minute bike ride to campus, < $1300/month rent. A bedroom furnished with a bed and desk would also be nice.
I am a tidy and respectful roommate (I currently live with two other PhD students in Cambridge).
