Trying to transfer my lease for my current room in a 3B2B apartment near California Avenue. Looking for males only. The room is very spacious and within walking distance to California Avenue. It takes about 5 minutes to get to Stanford EVGR and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. One roommate is a Stanford BioMed PhD and the other roommate works as an engineer in the area. Both are very quiet people. The apartment also come with designated parking spots in the unit as well. The apartment will be available to move in February or March.
