I'm a Stanford postdoc currently in a 2BR / 2BA apartment in Mountain View and my roommate is planning to move out on Feb 1. Would you be interested in taking over his room?
A bit more information about the apartment:
- It's located at 2330 California St, which is a 7-minute walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station and across the street from a big shopping plaza (Target, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Safeway, a cinema, and lots of restaurants).
- The rent is $1,627.5/month for the room.
- The room is a master bedroom (roughly 12' by 12' 9") with an en suite bathroom and a closet.
- The apartment itself is 1,100 square feet with a big living room and a kitchen with new appliances.
