We are looking for a housemate to start a lease in a spacious house with pool, just 5-10 minutes drive from Stanford campus. The studio apartment is detached from the house and has a private bath & kitchenette. Access to house pool and broader shared spaces with social housemates is included. Pricing is an estimate and depends on tot. number of housemates and timing.

We are a group of techies, artists, athletes, and enthusiastic about house sharing with great and open-minded people. Occasionally, we have dinner, games and/or movie nights, are super keen to enjoy the pool together, and sometimes have friends over for a small party. But we also keep shared areas clean and respect each other’s space.
