- The unit is a townhome setup with the two bedrooms and the full bathroom on the top floor (not ADA accessible, unfortunately) and the kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and living room on the bottom floor
- Master bedroom with large window and door with direct access to bathroom
- Public spaces mostly furnished
- There's a small private patio area and a larger courtyard for the whole complex.
- One parking space available for new housemate
- Biking distance from markets, Google Mtn View offices, Costco and Castro Street.
