It makes a great temporary housing for summer interns or if you are relocating your family. It's very spacious for a 1BR with tons of storage. There is plenty of space to accommodate some of your own furniture if you have it. Security Deposit: $0 (but will need $750 deposit to hold your spot which I will apply to the rent)
