Hi there! We’re three young professionals and grad students (late 20s/early 30s) looking for a roommate to move into the spacious second floor bedroom in our beautiful Los Altos home. Ideally, we're hoping to find another young professional or student to move in and we’re definitely hoping to find someone reliable, responsible, kind/social, neat, and can contribute to a congenial living environment.

The room and house:
- Entire 2nd floor unit, with private bedroom, separate workspace, balcony, and bathroom
- Furnished and expansive shared living rooms and kitchen on 1st floor
- Ample natural sunlight
- Great hardwood floors throughout the home
- Open kitchen (gas stove, tile countertops, oven, dishwasher)
- Stunning front and backyards with hammock and fire-pit

Location:
- 14 min drive/32 min bike ride to Stanford
- 9 min drive to Google
- Close to major roads/fwys (Foothill Expy, 280, 85)-- we’re in a fantastic spot for commuters
- Basic amenities are 5min away and downtown Los Altos, Cupertino, and Mountain View aren't much further.

Details:
- Target move-in date: Early Feb 2024
- The room can come furnished with mattress and bedframe
- Month to month lease (preference is towards candidates planning on staying a year or longer)
- Rent: $1,735
- Deposit: one month's rent
- Utilities: ~ $90-$110 per month
