The PMAT Software Team builds the technology that supports DoD and IC operational missions including C5ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber-defense, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance). Our teams and solutions support numerous government customers that are mission-focused, high-tempo and outcome driven.
This position is a Senior Leadership role that requires a software technologist that can communicate, lead and when required step in and resolve issues. Our team of mission-driven technologists is highly collaborative, supportive, empathetic, curious, and impact-oriented.
This position will partner with the COO, CTO, Program Managers, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Deployment, Test, and IT teams to design, build, test, deploy and sustain complete and functional mission capabilities to our customers.
