One fully-furnished bedroom in a single family house in Palo Alto available for rent 4/1/2024. Near the Palo Alto Art Center. You will share a bathroom and kitchen (including a regular gas stove) with the other tenant (currently a male Stanford postdoc). You will have your private refrigerator in your room. Furnitures, bedding and cooking utensils will be provided. Also have shared on site laundry facility. The house and the furnitures are in excellent condition. Your room has lots of natural lights and a garden view.

Close to Stanford and Downtown Palo Alto (15 minutes biking distance). Monthly rent is $1,250, plus shared utilities. We also require a $1,250 security deposit.

My wife and I, plus our grown daughter, live on the other side of the house which is separate from your side, including separate entrance.
