MIG Welders use hand-welding or flame – cutting equipment to weld truck bodies by joining sheet metal components. They grind materials, square parts/material to fit accordingly, and cut or shorten parts/materials as needed per blueprints. Welders set up, test, and adjust welding machines to allow correct heat source according to the selected raw material for the perfect welds. Welders are independent workers and may be building parts such as toolboxes, ladder racks, doors, sides, and floors.
