I am subletting my apartment March 22 to April 30th in downtown Palo Alto near University Avenue. Normal rent $4500 per month including utilities. Renting for $2000 per month - March section pro-rata. Has a kitchen equipped with microwave and oven, dishwasher etc. I can leave behind basic crockery and cutlery.
No furniture in the apartment as it has to be returned empty. You have to bring your own bed. I do have pillows, sheets etc which i can leave behind.
Can leave behind bed and mattress also but it will have to be disposed off before you leave on April 30.
