PebbleXR is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and help launch the groundbreaking PebbleXR app. The Associate will be responsible for a full range of marketing and sales activities, helping to generate leads, create marketing strategies and related marketing content, interface with potential customers and partners, and track trends and performance. The Associate will report to the Management Team. This is a part-time, remote position (20 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation techniques, including outreach, networking, and collaboration.
● Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PebbleXR, targeting key demographics and markets. Compile and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform marketing and sales strategies.
● Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, and promotional materials Craft sales pitches and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of PebbleXR to potential clients and partners.
● Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing customer support throughout the process.
● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to achieve goals and targets.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
● Familiarity with Augmented Reality technology and/or urban design is a plus.
Compensation:
$34/hr (Part-Time) with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses to reward achievements and meet or exceed sales targets.
