VERY small studio available March-October (preference to someone able to rent the entire duration)

The location is lovely, the building has free laundry, street parking is free, and it’s really affordable for the area, one block from University Ave and walking distance to shops of all kinds. 5min from Stanford.

There is not a full kitchen, but a nice kitchenette with microwave and medium fridge/freezer. It won’t be furnished.
