Are you between the ages of 17-21 living in the Bay Area? Do you have current weight concerns?
Stanford University is conducting a research study to evaluate a brief group intervention, along with computer training tasks, designed to help young adults address weight concerns and prevent unhealthy weight gain. For 6 weeks, you’ll either take group lifestyle coaching sessions with computer sessions or you’ll watch educational videos. Both of these conditions will be in person-please only fill out our screener if you can commit to 6 weeks of in person sessions.
If you live in the Bay Area and have current weight concerns, we would like to talk to you more about the study and this great opportunity. Participants will receive compensation for their time. If you are eligible and decide to participate as a research participant, you can receive up to $150 for completing 3 research assessments over 6 months.
