I am looking to rent a sofa in an apartment near Stanford University from June to September.

Routine: I will be leaving the residence at 9:00 AM and returning at 10:00 PM. I might return briefly during the day to cook or prepare meals in the morning.
What I can offer:
(1) Since I won't be occupying a bed, I can contribute a portion of the rent to the landlord or share it with existing roommates.
(2) I can cook various dishes (such as chicken soup, stir-fries, sandwiches, steaks, cocktails, and hot mulled wine) and assist with grocery shopping and cooking for roommates. I can also prepare larger meals on weekends.
