It is a perfect place for a single lady. The upscale, safe, and lovely neighborhood house is looking for a female tenant with a shared bathroom with 1-2 ladies (nice ladies). 35-37 min drive to Stanford. Safeway and CVS in 2 min drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe, Costco, and the shopping mall are in a 5-7 min drive. Walking trail in 2 min drive. Light cooking is fine. A furnished place with a twin-size bed, coffee machine, tea pot, pots, dishes, and utensils available to share. I am a Korean American and a nurse at Stanford.
