• Experience in various business units; Retail, IB, Global markets and principal investment as well as IT infrastructure for financial trading
• English communication; capable to be a panelist in international seminar event, make a presentation and solicit financial products.
• Management skill;
- Manage staff’s role and motivation and control task allocation at a front unit
- Business portfolio management either as executive officer or at holding parent company
- Project management over larger project involving a couple of foreign entities with more than 100+ members.
- Lead M&A and minority investment deals both in traditional finance and startups

• IT skill; Grasp IT structure overall a company as well as trading and settlement system, VBA writing, Python(Beginner)
