Hello! I am a recently graduated research assistant at Stanford currently looking for a roommate for a 6mo-12mo lease starting April 1st. Rent is 1450/mo not including electric/wifi but includes H20, garbage, and recycling. The apartment/room is furnished and many additional items (including kitchenware and cleaning supplies) are available for use. It is at a convenient location: 10 min bikeride to Menlo Park Caltrain, 15-20 min bikeride to Stanford, 1 min walk to TJ's and 10 min walk/5 min bikeride to Safeway. I commute to Stanford daily by bike for my job and it is convenient for me. There is also a carport with 1 parking space (more possible, will have to talk to landlord), storage available for extra items, and an outdoor back patio.
