Hi Everyone! We (24F, 25F, 24M, and 25M) are looking for 1 more roommate (F) to live in our house in Palo Alto :) This house is located in the Charleston Meadow neighborhood. Rent is $1,160 + ~$80-120 utilities (wifi, gas, water, electrics, trash)
Newly renovated kitchen, heated hardwood floors throughout, ample natural lighting, cute backyard, lots of street parking, ~10 min drive/20min bike from Stanford!
This is a private room (picture attached) with one big window facing west with a lovely view. Shared bathroom (shared with 24F and 25F). Females only, preferably in their early-mid 20s. I can leave my furniture at a reasonable price.
The lease would begin April 1st and is for 3 months (April - June 2024), after which you may stay longer if you want.
3 out of the 4 of us are Stanford affiliates, and the landlord (a lovely, sweet older woman) would love another Stanford affiliate but it is NOT necessary.
