There is onsite shared laundry, street parking (permit required), bike storage, a spacious living room, and a nice kitchen with storage as well. We keep shoes off in the apartment (indoor slippers ok).
The room is furnished with a desk, bookshelf and comfy bed.

I work full-time at Stanford, and I enjoy playing volleyball and taking walks around the neighborhood. I keep spaces clean and enjoy having lots of plants around. I have a hybrid work schedule.
Looking for:
Someone who keeps spaces tidy and is considerate :)
Big plus if you like cats!
Probably not the best fit if you work from home full-time.
Rent: $1,400 [includes utilities wifi and PG&E]
Deposit: $700
Other costs: Street parking permit if needed
Move-in: April 1
Lease: around 3-6 months, ideally through Spring quarter. Not offering sub-leases that start in summer at this time.
