I am moving out of my apartment in Menlo Park next week after living there for 6 months. I am advertising here to help my landlord get a great new tenant(s). My wife and I really enjoyed living here, but are moving to a 2-bedroom apartment. It takes me 20 minutes to cycle to Stanford or 15 minutes to drive. The landlord was really responsive and is really accommodating. It's a small block of 4 units, with nice neighbors and includes a small yard and garage. My rent was $2250 plus a little extra for water, excluding utilities.
