My current roommate is moving from the Bay Area, so I’m hoping to find a new roommate to sign a year-long lease starting in July (option available to sublet and move in as early as May 1). Female roommate preferred, and someone who is clean.
The apartment is a 2bed/1bath right next to Jackson Park in Potrero Hill (super flat area)! It’s a 20min walk/5 min bus/5min drive/8 min bike ride to the 22nd caltrain station, which I use to commute most days. If you need to drive to commute, the neighborhood is one of the first exits into the city, so you never have to sit in city traffic. The apartment is also conveniently located in the north part of the neighborhood, very close to Whole Foods, and very close to all of the bus lines (55/22/19), which makes the city very accessible on the weekends compared to living at the top of the hill. The apartment also comes with a garage spot (+$200/month), or street parking is very very safe and easy to find in the neighborhood (I’ve street parked for the last two years with no issue).
The room is very big and can fit a full bed, desk, dresser, etc plus two large closets. The communal areas are very spacious and we have extra storage closets in the building. The entire apartment is 1200 square feet with beautiful bay windows. The kitchen/living room is already furnished. There is coin operated laundry in the building.
