My current roommates and I have just signed a lease for this beautiful home in Sunnyvale (move in date: April 6). However, I just got a job outside of South Bay and have to move. We're looking for a roommate to take my spot on the lease.

A two-story 5 bedroom/3 bathroom 2,376 sqft house located at 727 Timberpine Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. The house has a beautiful backyard area with literally dozens of fruit trees. It's equipped with high-quality appliances and has a large garage space (with a 240V outlet for EVs). The kitchen/living room area will be fully furnished (but not the bedroom; however, I am looking to sell my queen mattress + bed frame if you need a bed).

About the current roommates:
Two 29-year-old male working professionals in the technology sector (one of whom is a former Stanford MS student). Both are friendly, responsible, respectful and work together to keep the house tidy. In addition, one of them is an incredible chef and espresso aficionado. His culinary expertise includes Southern Italian, Sichuan and Thai, among others and I am very sad to leave my post as sous-chef.
